What is Tunnels?

Tunnels is a non-custodial cross-chain bridge and swap aggregator. You send one asset, we route it through the deepest liquidity we can find, and the asset you asked for arrives in your wallet on the chain you picked. That can be a different network entirely. You don't need an account, and we never hold your funds.

Do I need to create an account or complete KYC?

Accepted Answer

No. You pick a pair, paste your receiving address, send the deposit and track the order with the link you get. Most swaps need no identity verification. In rare cases our liquidity partners flag a transaction and ask for extra checks; our AML policy explains when.

Which coins and networks are supported?

Accepted Answer

Tunnels supports 280+ assets across 20+ networks, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, BNB Chain, Tron, Arbitrum, Optimism, Base, Polygon, Avalanche and TON. We pull from several sources, so the list changes as they add or pause assets. The asset selector always shows what's available right now.

What are Tunnel Points?

Tunnel Points track the volume you swap. Each completed swap earns about 0.7 points per dollar, and they land in your connected wallet once the order settles. You don't register or claim anything. To see your balance, connect your wallet on the $TUNNEL page.

Can I choose which venue my order routes through?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Auto, the default, compares the whole market and picks the best price. The Route selector lets you pin an order to one venue instead: Binance, Bybit, KuCoin, Bitget, Gate.io, WhiteBit, BitMart, ChangeNOW, ChangeHero, FixedFloat or Houdini. We've tested every venue on that list end to end.

How does Tunnels get me the best rate?

For every quote we compare prices across several liquidity providers and exchange networks, then send your order down the path that leaves you with the most after fees. You see the exact amount you'll receive before you commit, and there's no hidden spread on top.

Question 7

What is the difference between a floating and a fixed rate?

Accepted Answer

A floating rate follows the market. It can move a little between creating the order and your deposit confirming, and it usually works out slightly better. A fixed rate locks when you create the order, so you know exactly what you'll receive as long as you deposit before the countdown ends.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. The quote you see already includes the network (withdrawal) fee and the service fee, both shown in the order breakdown. The amount displayed under 'You receive' is the amount that arrives in your wallet.

Is Tunnels custodial? Do you hold my crypto?

Accepted Answer

No. Your funds pass through the exchange route only for as long as the swap takes, then go straight to the address you gave us. We don't store balances, and Tunnels has no wallet that holds your assets.

Question 10

What happens if something goes wrong with my order?

Accepted Answer

Fixed-rate orders ask for a refund address up front. If the rate window expires, you underpay, or the route can't complete, the deposit goes back to that address automatically. For floating-rate orders, contact support with your order ID and we'll sort it out.

Question 11

How long does a swap take?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the route. Solana to Solana usually settles in seconds, Solana to an EVM chain in seconds to a couple of minutes, and EVM to EVM in one to three minutes. Bitcoin and other chains that need many confirmations move at their own block times, so expect 10 to 30 minutes. Every quote shows a live estimate before you commit, and the order page tracks progress as it happens.

I sent my deposit. How do I track it?

Accepted Answer

Every order has a live status page with a unique link. Keep that link (or your 8-character order ID) and you can return any time to watch it move from Pending → Confirming → Exchanging → Sending → Completed, with on-chain transaction links for both the deposit and the payout.

Question 13

What if I send less than the minimum?

Accepted Answer

Each pair has a minimum deposit, shown on the quote. Below it, the exchange may not be able to process the swap. Fixed-rate deposits then go back to your refund address; for floating-rate orders, support handles the return. Send at least the minimum to avoid this.
